By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations that do not comply with the conditions mentioned below.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of herbal, ayurvedic, wellness, and personal care products, By Herbal Veda maintains a strict return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition in which it was delivered, along with original packaging, labels, tags, invoices, and proof of purchase. Products that have been opened, partially used, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging shall not be eligible for return under any circumstances.

Returns based on personal preference, dislike of fragrance, texture, taste, expected results, allergic reactions, sensitivity, or change of mind shall not be accepted. Since individual results may vary from person to person, By Herbal Veda does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of its products.

Customers requesting a return must contact us within the eligible period at byherbalveda@gmail.com with their order details and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Products returned without prior approval from our support team shall not be accepted.

All return requests are subject to internal inspection and verification by By Herbal Veda, and the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the request shall remain solely at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If a product is received in damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect condition, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim. By Herbal Veda reserves the right to determine the authenticity and validity of all claims after reviewing the evidence provided by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may only be considered in cases where a wrong product, defective item, or damaged product has been delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition with intact packaging, labels, and invoice. Exchange approval shall be subject to stock availability and successful quality inspection after receiving the returned item.

By Herbal Veda reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if the returned product does not meet our quality standards or if the request is found to be invalid, suspicious, or abusive.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality assurance team. Approval of a refund request shall be solely at the discretion of By Herbal Veda.

If the refund is approved, the amount shall be credited back to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, or card providers, and By Herbal Veda shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, taxes, or any additional service charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred solely due to our fault.

Refund requests may be rejected in cases where:

The product has been used or opened
The product is returned without original packaging
Insufficient evidence is provided
The return conditions are not fulfilled
Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed, processed, or shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products damaged after delivery

Limitation of Liability
